She will also be working with key influencers in the industry to better educate the automotive industry on their marketing data, and develop relationships to gain more vendor integrations for VistaDash.

How long have you been a VistaDash Account Manager?

I have been a VistaDash Account Manager and Regional Sales Manager since April of 2014.

What is your favorite thing about being a VistaDash Account Manager/working with VistaDash clients?

My favorite thing is working one-on-one with the clients. I love getting to know my clients and helping them understand their digital marketing reports in VistaDash.  It truly is rewarding when working with a client and it “clicks”.

What does it mean to you to be the new Brand Ambassador representing VistaDash and why do you believe the product is a necessary solution for auto dealers in the digital age?

When I believe in something, I support it wholeheartedly. I believe in this product and have seen first-hand how much easier it can make our customers’ jobs. It is an honor to represent VistaDash because I get to take my excitement for the product and share it with others. I will also get to work with other vendors in increase our integration platform.

The reason that VistaDash is a necessary solution for Auto Dealers is because it saves time, eases stress, helps with organization, and did I mention it saves time? We are able to pull GA, WMTS, CRM, IRM, Social, and other vendor reports into one dashboard with one log in. All data is stored in one spot, so dealers have everything they need at their fingertips.

Name one scenario or accomplishment that makes you proud to represent VistaDash.

One scenario that happens quite often occurs in my initial walk through with a client in VistaDash. Users are always shocked and filled with joy when they see all of their data in one place. “That’s my data?! It’s all in here?! It’s so easy to read and use!” I sometimes feel like a superhero, when really all I did was connect their APIs and load their reports.

What are your top three must-see VistaDash features?

The Dealer Scorecard – This is the one stop shop for tracking a client’s main KPI’s. GM’s love this as it simplifies the main areas that particular client wants to inspect.

The CRM Vendor Performance tab – This is where the rubber meets the road.  All of your digital marketing is geared towards selling more cars. This is where you can analyze how your internet, floor traffic, and phone sources are performing.

Insights tab – This is where you can pull all of the data that is in VistaDash. You can also compare up to 10 stores in your account; then download it into an easy-to-read spreadsheet that shows the last 13 months of your data.

Why is VistaDash a great solution for both dealers with one or two stores AND large dealer groups?

Dealers today have so many reports to look at on a monthly basis.  A single point store will have as many as 10-15 reports to look at each month. Many times when I speak with these dealers, they do not know what to look for or how to determine if their money is being well spent.

This is where VistaDash comes in.  It is one login and one dashboard for dealers to easily access their reporting to see how their digital marketing is working.  I think VistaDash is must have for any dealership, but especially for dealer groups. Dealer groups simply do not have the time to efficiently analyze 10-15 separate reports per store.

VistaDash makes it as easy as possible for dealerships to see all of their reports in one dashboard. In turn, this allows them to better manage their digital marketing spend and save time while doing so.

What are you most excited about for VistaDash moving forward?

One of the things that I am most excited about is integrating VistaDash with more vendors. We have great relationships with our current vendors, but the more we partner with others, the more we can help our customers see everything they need in one login.
